Fennel, spices, dark fruits. Baking spices. Not as dense and concentrated as the La Rubiconde by Maxime-François Laurent (who happen to be the cousins).

Blend of Grenache and Syrah.

Organic BIO wine.

What I really like about such wines that they are drinking so well when young. You can enjoy Côtes-du-Rhône of recent vintages which is almost impossible with many fine wines from the region where you need to wait for 10-15 years for Syrah to develop

Great choice for a daily wine
