Saturday, November 3, 2018 - Nose: Explosive nose of dense red cherry, sweet plum, vanilla bean, spices and burnt embers. Just giving and giving layers of creamy fruit and truffle. Palate: Completely exotic. Delivers a broad and deep wine with lots of glycerin, bright red fruit, creamy palate feel and all of the ganache drenched cherries you might want. Finish: Lovely creamy finish, with more notes of cedar and cigar embers.

How I love the 71's in St. Emillion and Pomerol. This was a complete pleasure bomb just dripping with sweet red merlot fruit, cocoa and toffee. Wow.
