Saturday, November 3, 2018 - Nose: Raspberry sauce, ganache, cigar, cedar, Black Cherry, Toffee and Fig notes. Palate: Impossibly rich yet somehow balanced this gives layers of glycerin, coconut, roasted cherries, raspberry, ganache, truffles, vanilla bean and smokey cedar. Finish: Powerful, palate drenching fruit that does not give up.

Seemed 15-years younger than vintage, and while not as nuanced or sensual as the 70 Trotanoy served alongside it was sensational.

A total hedonist.
