Thursday, November 8, 2018 - Cassis and black olive on the nose. Baked apples, black olive, macerated plums, and wet earth on the palate. High acid, which is fascinatingly contrapuntal to the desiccated fruits and secondary characteristics. Tastes new and old and the same time. Still some tannin. Fantastic length. Delicious.
