Saturday, September 2, 2017 - Outstanding.

Clear, deep, ruby to a narrow ruby, garnet rim.
Clean, developing, pronounced nose of dark cherry, blackberry, damson, pencil lead, there is that Barossa dirt there also.
Dry, medium acid, medium smooth, refined, fine grain tannins, medium (+) alcohol (14.5%), medium (+) body, pronounced intensity of pencil lead, black cherry, dark plum, vanilla. Long.

Outstanding, complex and powerful with exquisite balance, lovely texture, with the cabernet's structure really showing through.
Can drink now, but this will improve for many years.

Screwcap.
