Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - Very good, approaching outstanding.

Clear, pale, lemon with a slight copper tinge.
Clean, medium, developing nose of lemon, ginger and honey.
Dry, medium acid, low tannins, medium alcohol (13%), medium (+) body, medium (+) intensity lemon, ginger, lanolin and honey. Medium (+) length.

Very, very good, complex, lovely balance, acid offsets the fuller body. Can drink now, and is truly delicious, but has future potential as honeyed notes develop further.
