Monday, November 19, 2018 - Solid wine. Black cherry,, raspberry, sous bois and mushroom notes. Bit of florals a wood. Palate is balanced and not at all hollow, but lacks complexity. Well paired with Char Belly, Quail and Uni Pasta at Waypoint.
