Friday, November 23, 2018 - Langton's VII masterclass with Andrew Caillard MW (W Hotel Guangzhou): Fabulous from first pour. Nose had limes, oranges and grapefruit with a clear mineral streak running through. The palate continued on from the nose and also showed some pink grapefruit like bitterness and notes of chamomile. wonderful acidity that was so finely done. very long. delicious already and will no doubt get better
