Sunday, November 4, 2018 - Dinner with Jane and Mitch at Iron Skillet on the north fork of Long Island wine country. Popped, then waited 60 minutes to drink. A little tang, that would fade. Smooth, but I didn't think this wine was anything special. One of the few times (if ever) I've been disappointed with a Quivet. We had half a bottle left.
