Tuesday, December 18, 2018 - Nicely aged CDP. No raisiny fruit as can appear with 2003 CDPs. Still with some red fruit aspects but giving way to herbal/earth elements. Odd collagenous sediment in addition to the typical residue with aging bottles. Drink up.
