Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - A mature wine. Intense nose with yellow fruit (apples, peaches, pineapple, pickled lemon) butter and vanilla and still with nuances. Yellow fruit on the palate as well, very round, very savory and also quite oaky. Good length with balanced acidity and a nice touch of minerality in the finnish.
We had it with poached cod and white asparagus in white wine sauce.
