This wine was slow-oxed for 2 hours, and then decanted for 2 hours before being poured back into the bottle to serve with dinner. We followed this wine over the course of 2-3 hours during dinner and after.
This was really lovely, and a great reminder of just how special this winery is. Light-medium body, high acidity, a blend of red fruits, earth, and spice...I would love to have more of this to enjoy in another 3-5 years. Pair this with any read meat or mushroom based dish and I think you'll be happy. Outstanding!!
