Saturday, December 29, 2018 - Medium garnet, touch of bricking at the rim. Explosive red -fruited nose. Candy-like nose. Touch of earth, a little black licorice. Cinnamon. Palate is silky smooth w/ fully resolved tannins. Cranberry cocktail. Good acid. Fairly savory and dry. Gentle bitter tug on the finish. All in balance. Good length. Absolutely delicious but also ready to drink.
