Saturday, July 5, 2008 - Tannic and backwards. Not sure if it needs more bottle time or it's just out of balance. There is subtlety of flavors but very muted by the overpowering tannin. Maybe better with a longer decant, I didn't have time to let it breathe as much as I probably should have.
