Nose: Very intense dark fruited nose with leather, game and herb notes. Does not fully show its age, as the wine remains dark and somewhat brooding. Palate: Plum, blackberry sauce, rosemary, raspberry, peppercorns, leather and siopce. Just a hint of sherry notes, but really just a pleasant integration. Finish: Resonant black fruit, raspberry, tobacco, sea salt, olives and herbs.
