Thursday, January 17, 2019 - 2 hour slow ox. Nose: Initially big cherry aromas like Ludens cough drops which was interesting. After some glass air aromas of soft cherry, minerals and a bit of meaty/sauvage qualities show. Great nose for a village level Burg. Palate: Still good and present acids and soft evolved tannins with the cherry in the background and subtle minerals. Last bottle of this and drinks great now. Very elegant and went great with duck medallions. 91+ points.
