Saturday, January 19, 2019 - It took forever for the aromatics to open on this blend of monastrell, syrah and garnacha. Violets, wild huckleberries, pencil and dried rosemary. Flavors tart with plums, blueberries, blackberries. Unctuous and thick. Long in finish. Hint of licorice. Full bodied and high and alcohol level obvious.
