The first glass was brilliant with grilled lamb. That night, I came down with something .. and the rest of the bottle stayed in the refrigerator for several days while I did my penance with antibiotics. 8-9 days later, the rest of wine seemed richer than before, but still very satisfying. The last glass was beautifully balanced, somehow with a bit more acid than before.
