Tuesday, January 29, 2019 - Popped and poured. Lemon and tangerine aroma. Saline flavors of citrus, slate. Full, complex finish includes lemon mousse, stone fruit, minerals.

Young and a little shy, but already packed with rich flavors, with an iron backbone (of course) and a vibrant finish. Strong hold.
