Monday, February 11, 2019 - PnSlowOx. Light garnet behind orange/brown. Nose indicates fruit is fading fast, but plenty of secondary/tertiary notes. Some strawberry/cherry still present. Palate is balanced between lighter fruit weight and acidity. My notes from 12 years ago barely noted acidity as is was behind so much fruit. Now it is a harmonious feature. Plan to hunt down my last bottle soon.
