Tuesday, February 12, 2019 - This was a treat! Rich, fruity and yet nuanced and complex nose with sweet, ripe, yellow stonefruit (apricot), honey, wild flowers, vegetable broth and a slight sting of alcohol! Fat, waxy, rich and almost overwhelming on the palate, but with a remarkable balancing acidity, this bottle left me ever as bewondered as I hoped when I bought it!
If you can get your hands on it - buy it!

Try it with a foi de gras, or with a gravlax sandwich!
