Thursday, February 14, 2019 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral, stoniness and black currant (cassis). It tastes like black currant (cassis). The body is medium/full. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Decanted and needed time to open and blossom. Drinking great!
