Sunday, March 3, 2019 - A pale lemon color that suggests a still-young wine but on the nose it has the first hint of that candied pineapple note I get in Chablis with some age. This is clearly on the cusp of its proper drinking window - notes of citrus, Granny Smith apple and oyster shell and in the mouth it is nicely plump but with a bright acidic edge.

Delicious now, will be interesting to follow over the next decade or so.
