Saturday, March 9, 2019 - Hall 1873 never disappoints. In my opinion it is the best Cabernet they make even though it is not the most expensive or the most publicized. Served these bottles with Beef Chaucer, filet with gravy made with mushroom and red currant jelly. The wine and jelly paired beautifully together. It was a great match and well received by our guests. Memorable wine with a memorable meal.
