Friday, March 15, 2019 - Uncles Fine Wine Spring BYO (Home): Booom! Awesome!. The best Champagne I ever tasted! Round and sweet nose with yellow fruit and hints of malt. After a while dark chocolate and licorice. On the palate, it has a dazzling acidity and length. It is refreshing with green apples. I find malt, salt, shells, and sea. Every time I smell and taste, new things are discovered. Very complex and concentrated. In a perfect place right now. Pure comfort.
