Saturday, March 23, 2019 - Very unique and distinct wine. Dark yellow or light orange hazy colour, obviously unfiltered with a nice foam reminiscent of a beer. The nose is very refined with hints of rose petals and peach notes. The palate is rather sweet for a semi-effervescent wine but delivers a nice balance between the sweetness and the bubbles. Short finish but who cares. This is simple but very enjoyable. It’s criminal pleasure given the price.
