Saturday, April 6, 2019 - 80% Cabernet 17% Merlot, 2% Petite Verdot, 1% Cab Franc. 2 Hour double decant. Blk. Center, deep purple edge. Rich, fruity, bk currants, bk cherry, licorice, some perfume. Layered, with a trace of barnyard funk. Medium weight, good balance, tannins not noticeable at first, coming on with time in glass. Lingering finish of cherry candy. Drinking well now, but will last a long time.
