Saturday, April 6, 2019 - First GC. Still a baby but an incredibly elegant wine. Slo-ox for about 8.5 hours. Looking forward to our visit to the Domaine at the end of May.

    4/22/2019 11:58:00 AM - Go for it! I opened it and let it sit in the cellar from 11 am until we started drinking around 7:30 pm. It will give you a great indication of where it is going....
