Friday, April 12, 2019 - Day 2 for bottle. Marked improvement over day 1 - demonstrates the need for a few years in bottle, IMO. Dark crimson. Earth, sour cherry and raspberry a touch of tea on the nose. Confirmed those elements when tasted, with a bit of strawberry in the mix. The oak and the structure receded so the fruit came through more. Overall, very nice indeed.
