Tuesday, April 16, 2019 - Deep garnet color. Black fruit, tobacco, and violets on the nose. Wine is full bodied and dry. Notes of raisin, dark cherry, plum, tar, and anise on the palate.

Light tannins, medium alcohol, medium acidity. Finish is medium length. A touch past prime but still drinkable. This wine paired well with grilled bison burgers. Looking forward to future vintages.
