Tuesday, April 16, 2019 - So here we are a week later since I first opened this wine. I had it left out open for 24 hours and then recorked and refrigerated. The wine has improved. The wine is a little unbalanced with acidity dominating, but it is fresh, more approachable. Crisp, tangy, unique and probably designed for 10 years out.
