Tuesday, April 16, 2019 - Uping my last score. More initial notes in this tasting of cotton candy which morphed into apricot, honey and dried apricots. Quite sophisticated and can come across as a butter bomb to some but there is a tremendous level of balance into the finish. Acidity and fruit in harmony here.

Probably the best Chardonnay of 2016 for the money which I have had thus far. Getting to my Aubert's (yes more expensive) and Shafer Red shoulder's soon.
