Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Cherry, spices and leather on the nose. Super focused with pepper, leather, red berries and vanilla initially. This is highly structured still sharp tannins, but alcohol well integrated (15%). Long fresh finish with tart cherry, earth and truffles in the end. Drunk with lamb shanks for Easter dinner.
