Wednesday, April 24, 2019 - For me the House style is unmistakeable! Toasty on the nose and full on the palate, Bollinger satisfies my quest for Fizz. And I cellar it for a year or two for added complexity. Maybe not for those who demand a light and ethereal product, for me of late Bolly has been on a good run!!
