Saturday, April 27, 2019 - Big improvement after a year! Load of fruit with spices, leather and earth. Balanced tannin and acidity, this Syrah has really rounded out since a year ago. Kinda regret only buying one of the 17s, but I’ll make sure to keep it sleeping for a least a year!
