Saturday, April 27, 2019 - Acceptable, a simple wine suitable for pairing with very simple seafood flavours.

WSET style tasting note:
Clear, pale, lemon-green.
Clean, medium intensity primary aromas of apple, pear drops, lemons and melon skin.
Dry, medium (+) acid, medium alcohol (13%), medium bodied, with medium flavour intensity of lemon, under-ripe melon, grapefruit on a medium (-) length.
This wine is of acceptable quality, with simple primary aromas and flavours. On the palate, lemon wedge acid predominates and the medium alcohol shows in a more pronounced manner due to the simplicity of the wine. This wine should be drunk now, as it lacks the complexity of flavours or intensity required for further development.
