Friday, April 26, 2019 - Surprisingly open. Dark fruits of raspberries, black cherries and blackberries. Perfumed, spicy, hints of licorice, some toasty wood. Very youthful. Good concentration, fine tannins, good acidity, long comfortable aftertaste. This will grow into a really nice Lavaux Saint Jacques, and I will gladly return to this in 10 years plus.
