Thursday, May 2, 2019 - Tasted through a large amount of Maison Harbour's lineup at a private tasting. This one was very impressive to me and was one of my favorites from his lineup. It had nice fruit and a medium body and very refreshing acidity. The delicate structure has me thinking about drinking with or without food and maybe even served slightly cooler than cellar temps in the summer. Approachable now
