Monday, May 6, 2019 - Ruby to garnet color with transparency. Aromas of cherry, cola, earth, rose petals, and wet slate. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of black cherry, plum, cola, black tea, orange peel, and spice. An elegant expression and lighter touch, cooler style pinot that's an easy drinker and food pairer for poultry, salmon, and lighter fare. 12.5% — nice.
