Wednesday, May 8, 2019 - Lots and lots of acidity on the initial pallete. More fresh than aged fruits ........ and certainly more apricot & brioche than pear and cream on the initial palette. Make no mistake however that the finish is more smoothing and creamy than the initial and mid palette. It's just that the initial palette is so memory consuming.

That said the wine is light to medium weight and yet so strikingly crisp that it makes me wonder.... if blind tasted would I say that this is a young and lighter Chateau-Neuf du Pape red ?

On the finish the wine is so balanced. I was expecting to have an eye cringing sour reaction but none existed. Strong and ample amounts of apricot, apricot nut, and lemon, and then some papaya, and then kiwi fruit. WOW Just so many flavors. Fab wine !!!!
