Friday, May 10, 2019 - Bright. Full of white floral notes and fruit, but with a tropical note as well. Great acidity that works with the sweetness to give the sensation of roundness, almost medium bodied if you think of it this way. This is quite nice, will be good with some ever so slightly spicy food, or something with lots of fruit or acidity.
