Monday, June 10, 2019 - PnP. If this were a song, it would be “Hot Hot Hot!!!” by the Cure. ABV is way out of balance tonight, and without balancing acidity, it’s just a hot, gloppy mess. Put the cork back in after one glass, put it in the fridge, and hoping that it’ll show better tomorrow. Will update if it shows improvement.

Update: on night two, and served much cooler, the alcoholic heat was significantly tamed, but still present. Lots of fruit showing through. Maybe a "high end barbecue wine," but hard pressed to think of what food I'd want to eat this with.
