Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - Enjoyed with lamb loin chops. Purchased on release, followed over several hours at home. The wine is certainly approachable now, still a bit big and some heat on the palate. Things did settle down after an hour or so. No need to worry if the 05 can be enjoyed now, but for me it's not where I want it to be yet and will make a note to revisit in 2021-2022.
