Friday, June 14, 2019 - Opened by Mark. This cooperative farms 615 hectares of grand cru vines and another 615 of premier cru vines. More than all the big houses combined. A blend of 55% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. This is one of their introductory bottling. Low dosage. This Champagne had s sharper edge to it. Medium to full bodied with an aggressive bead. Notes of white flowers and citrus. 90 points.
