Monday, July 1, 2019 - Bright medium yellow colour. Nose is very expressive - all sorts of yellow fruits (peach, apricot, melon), infused pineapple, all marching in an orderly and structure manner, as opposed to a chaotic explosion. Vegetal notes (eucalyptus?). Palate: the richness of the fruits is matched perfectly by a lively acidity, bringing freshness to the wine. Unlike the other wines from this producer that I have tasted, this one does not have marked buttery notes. Long finish. Beautiful!
