Monday, July 8, 2019 - A very unique Chardonnay from down under. Apple, pear and beeswax notes appear to take center stage. There is a light smokiness and accents from the near neutral wood that a regal touch. I am starting to think that this wine has the acidity and structure to continue to evolve over the next five years. Great juice!
