Friday, July 26, 2019 - This was my first Cab from Chile and I was not impressed.

Aroma had fruity notes of black berries and plums with hints of spices.

The palate had the traditional Cab flavors of black berries and plums with hints of cedar and a touch of Mint. However, this wine came across watered down and hot (strong alcohol taste). With 13.5% alcohol I was expecting a medium+ body and more structure. I guess I felt left down.
