Monday, August 12, 2019 - Pale straw colored, floral and stone fruit on the nose. Nicely balanced, with white/stone fruit hints and a bit of spice lurking in the background. Nice finish that lingers. Served with a corn bacon and cheddar pie with pickled jalapeños, the wine balanced the mild heat nicely and showcased the fruit of the wine.
