Sunday, August 25, 2019 - Reviewing this wine in the context of Rioja, I think it's outstanding for the vintage. Red fruit, violet and black licorice aromas. Fresh cherry and blackberry flavors with heavy influence of oak (vanilla, spice). Long and persistent finish. Full body. This was a $25 price! Open in the next 2 years.
