Sunday, September 8, 2019 - First of two 375 ml bottles purchased ...

- Preparation : none, just pop and pour
- Colour : as expected, no signs of age, maybe a slightly watery rim
- Nose : initially young Merlot, green paprika, white pepper, bounces nicely between the Merlot and Cab Sauv
- Taste : smooth, à point, white pepper, however some green unripe tannins ( if any )
- Finish : as expected, no surprises, your classic Bordeaux style

Remarks - will put next bottle upright first, quite some depot in the bottle.
These 1/2 bottles are ready to enjoy, no need to keep cellared any further.

A nicely classic made Bordeaux, serve with a simple but decent meal to enjoy at its fullest.
